洛氏硬度的有限元解析

摘要 首次确立了洛氏硬度的有限元解析法。本法具有解析省时、精度高等特点,为研究材料硬度与其他机械性能间的关系提供一种手段。通过对S35C和S45C两种材料进行的解析和实验结果的比较,证明了解析法的正确性。 Finite element method for Rockwell hardness analysis is established by the present research for the first time. The proposed method here has its characteristics of high accuracy and less CPU time needed. Therefore, it could be another powerful approach to the corelations between hardness and other mechanical properties of materials. The efficiency of the present method is shown by comparing the numerical hardness results of S35C and S45C with experimental ones.
