摘要
讨论有微观裂纹的平板在急冷时所产生的热冲击问题。分析了有裂纹平板的瞬间热应力,并确定裂纹尖端的应力强度因子。无因次的最大应力强度因子用比奥数及无因次裂纹长度来表示,提出了3者之间的确定的简化公式。
This paper deals with the thermal shock problem of a flat plate with an edge crack, initially at uniform temperature, and suddenly cooled on the plate surface. In the paper, the transient thermal stress problem of a flat plate with a crack is analyzed and the stress intensity factor at the crack tip is determined. The nondimensional maximum transient stress intensity factor is expressed as a function of Biot's number and the nondimensional crack length. Then a simplified formula concerned is proposed.
