摘要
分析了金属基复合材料韧性下降的原因,并通过简单的串联力学模型讨论金属基体对颗粒约束的影响。在SEM下的拉伸试验,直接从微观上证明了这种约束的作用。
For the reasons of toughness decreasing of SiC/Al composites, the constraint effects of particles on the metal matrix are discussed with the simple series model of two-phase materials. Through the tensile test in SEM, the constraint effects of particles have been investigated qualitatively in microscope.
