玻璃钢水箱的研制和受力分析初探

A Tentative Research on the Manufacture of GFRP Water Tank and Its Mechanical Analyses

摘要 设计的拼装式玻璃钢水箱有较为合理的生产工艺,进行了较详细而实用的力学分析。通过对水箱样品的实际测试,表明这种水箱具有足够的强度和刚度,水箱内部清洗方便,外形美观,密封性能良好,各项理化指标符合卫生防疫部门的要求,可以安全地贮存饮用水。 According to the request of the manufacturer, we have designed a kind of combined GFRP water tank with more reasonable manufacturing technology and practical mechanical analyses in detail. The practical tests of the water tank sample show that it has enough strength and stiffness, This kind of water tank also has many merits such as convenient inside cleaning, a fine exterior and excellent watertight quality. If can be safely and reliably used to store up drinking water, for the physical and chemical qualities of the water stored up in this kind of water tank are totally up to the standards set by the sanitation and antiepidemic departments.
