摘要
多片摩擦片式液压制动器及其间隙补偿装置是一种新型制动器,本文着重阐述了如何对其结构及参数的合理设计、计算等。使制动器无需进行复杂的预调,摩擦片磨损后能自动补偿,始终保持最佳间隙和制动行程。该制动器不但制动力矩大,且具有工作寿命长、调整方便、制动迅速、及安全可靠等优点。
Hydraulic brake with multiple friction disc and compensation device is a new type of brade. In this paper we expound emphafically how to design the control device and the structure rationally and how to detremine the structural parameters correctly etc.It is not necessary to make the complex presetting.The optimum clearance and constant brake travel are maintained by automatic compensation whem the discs become become worn.The marked merit is that the brake has bigger brake moment,longer life,more convenient adjustment,more rapid brake,more constant brake time and more reliability.
