摘要
利用坐标变换原理,导出了计算填料精馏塔传质单元数的新公式。与现有的求传质单元数的公式比较,该式具有形式简单,适用于理想溶液各种进料状况以及某些二元恒沸精馏系统的优点。计算实例表明本文提出的方法可用于填料精馏塔传质单元数的精确求解。
The author uses the principle of coordinate trnsformation to develop a new equation for the calculation of the number of transfer units in a packed distillation column.Compared with the existing equation to calculate the number of transfer units,the new equation is simple and suitable for use under various feeding conditions of ideal solution and some binary azeotropic distillation systems.The calculation examples show that the method in this paper can be used for the exact compution of the number of transfer units in a packed distillation column.
