Determination of Acidity of Edible Oil by Coulomatric Titration

以锑电极为终点检测器，在５％ＫＢｒ：９５％乙醇：乙醚＝３：３：２的介质中，电生ＯＨ－进行滴定。用该方法测定食用油的酸值简便快速，测定结果与容量分析法相符合。

A new method of determining acidity of edible oil by coulometric titration is presented.An antimony electrod is used as the end-point detector.The titrant,OH-,is provided by the electrolysis in the solution containing 5% KBr,95% ethanol and ether(their ratios being 3:3:2).The method is simple and fast for use.Determination result of the method mentioned above are in accordance with those of a classical titration method.
