摘要
本试验在摇瓶条件下,采用二次回归正交旋转组合设计,优化抗生素发酵培养基各组份的配比。利用计算机对试验结果进行运算和模拟,建立了培养基各组份及其配比对产量影响的数学模型。对优化抗生素发酵培养基的方法,从理论和实际应用方面做了探讨。
The experiment for optimization of the antibiotic fermentation medium was carried out with the design of the rotation-regression-orthogonal conbination under the shaking flask condition. A mathematical model of the medium components was estabiished by using compauter to analyse and analogize the experimental results. The methods of optimization of the antibiotic fermentation medium were discussed
