拉力法测量氧化膜的粘附力

摘要 利用拉力法测量了Ti-5621S及含1wt%Nd的Ti-5621S合金800℃空气中形成的氧化膜的粘附力,用膜/合金界面能表征的氧化膜的粘附力不仅与断裂载荷有关、而且还与膜内的残余应力有关.简化分析后得出它们间存在关系Ti-5621S合金中添加Nd能增强氧化膜粘附力,两种合金氧化膜的粘附力随厚度增加而降低. The adhesion of the oxide scales formed on alloys of Ti-5621S and Ti-5621S containing 1 wt% Nd due to oxidation at 800℃ was measured using pulling test. The oxide / alloy interface energy is not only related to the fracture load, but also related to the residual stress in the oxide scale. The following equation may be drawnThe addition of Nd to Ti-5621S alloy can enhance the oxide adherence, however the adherence decreases with increasing the thickness of oxide scale for both alloys Nd-free and Nd-doped Ti-5621S.
