摘要
有关ＸＰＳ在化学分析中的应用，近年来是发展非常迅速的一门学科。本文着重介绍ＸＰＳ技术在复合材料中的应用，如纤维处理前后的表面元素、表面基团及其含量、树脂固化度、表面接枝度以及表面酸碱性等等的测定。
Recently the subject of the application of XPS on surface analysis got fastdevelopment.This paper is to introduce the application of XPS to composite materials. Forexample,surface elements,surface groups and their contects in fiber before and aftertreatment,surface graft degree,curing degree of resin and acidbasicity of surface and so onare determined.
