三份铈离子激活的(Ce,Y,Mg)Al_(11)O_(19)磷光体的发光特性

Luminescence character of(Ce,Y,Mg)Al_(11)O_(19) phosphor system activated by trivalent cerium ion

摘要 研究了(Ce,Y,Mg)Al11O19系紫外发光材料的发光特性、组分含量对激发光谱、发射光谱、发光强度的影响及不同助熔剂对发光性能的影响.用X射线粉末衍射方法确定了Ce0.7Y0.3MgAl11O19的晶体属磁铅矿型结构,晶胞参数:a=0.5598nm,c=2.1915nm.在波长为254nm的紫外光激发下,这种磷光体有较强的紫外发射和较小的光衰性能. The luminescence character,the composition variation influence to its excitation spectrum,emission spectrum and emission intensity,and the influence of different fluxes of(Ce,Y,Mg)Al11O19 phosphor material have been investigated. The phosphor is proved to possess the magneto plumbite structure with crystal parameter a=0.559 8 nm and c= 2.191 5 nm,determined with X ray powder diffraction. Under 254 nm excitation,the phosphor has strong ultraviolet emission and good quality of emission maintenance.
