国产BP碳化硅晶须及特性

THE PROPERTY OF SILICON CARBIDE WHISKER

本文从晶须的形貌、内部结构、表面化学组成，以及晶须内部杂质含量等诸多方面详细地研究了国产ＢＰ晶须，并将ＢＰ晶须和美国、日本进口的晶须进行了比较。结果表明，国产晶须的各项指标距进口晶须的距离并不大，在某些指标上甚至达到和超过了进口晶须。

SiC whiskers from five manufactures were characterized bybulk chemical technigues、X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,X-ray diffra-ction, and TEM. The oxygen content with oxide of SiC whisker sinteredfrom rice hull resembles Si-O-C glass,while the oxygen content with oxi-de of SiC whisker sintered from C and SiO_2 resembles SiO_2.The thesiscomes to the conclusion that BP-SiC_w produced by CHN is as good in chara-cters as other four samples of SiC_w manufactured by USA and Japan,respectively.
