摘要
本文研究了WC在WC/钢复合材料中的溶解行为。用电子探针及扫描电镜能谱分析进行相成分的定性和定量分析;用X射线衍射仪进行物相分析;用光学显微镜和透射电镜观察了复合材料的显微组织。结果表明,WC/钢复合材料在烧结和热处理过程中,WC与钢基体将发生相互溶解与沉淀析出作用。文中还讨论了由于WC的溶解引起钢基体的化学成分变化,及其对复合材料的热处理、组织结构及性能的影响。
Dissolving behavioar of WC in WC/steel composite material has been investigated.Qualitative and quantitative ana yses of the phasecomposition have been conducted with an electron probe and SEM. The phase structure analyses have been performed by using an X-ray diffracto-meter. The microstructure of the composite material has been examined by using optical microscope and TEM. Results are shown that dissolving andprecipitation processes between WC and steel matrix of the WC/steel com-posite material occur during sintering and heat treatment because of theinteraction between WC and steel matrix,and the chemical composition of thematrix changed. This may affect the heat treatment process and the struc-ture and properties of the composite material.
