摘要
本文描述了用于纤维增强高尔夫球拍动力学分析有限元程序的编程方法。应用所编程序,高尔夫球拍设计者可以为特定的高尔夫球手设计制造理想的高尔夫球拍。球拍击球的运动分为刚体运动和振动两部分。在刚体运动中,将球拍看作一带有集中质量的杆。用两节点等参元素来计算球拍的振动响应,基于静态压缩实验来计算击球时的撞击力,并由此撞击力来预报受击后球的运动轨迹。动态应变的有限元计算结果与实验结果吻合得很好。
A finite element computer program is developed for composite golf shaft designerto make the ideal choice of shaft structure in relation to players.Aclub with composite shaftcanbe designed for a special golfer with the program. The motion of golf club during swingis divided into two parts:rigid boby motion and vibration. In rigid motion,the club isconsidered as a bar with a concentrated mass.A two nodal element is used to calculate thedynamic responses of the club during vibration,Impact force caused by impact are calculatedbased on static indentation test and the impact force is used to predict the motion of the Golfball after impact.The computed strain results are compared with the test results and both ofthem agree well.
