摘要
本文通过分析实例后认为，网络计划优化以最迟必须开工时间为初始状态，网络的各个工序由右向左移动，工程整体投资效果为最佳。
In this paper,it is suggested that in network optimization. original schcmc should be late begining time schcmc.the works of networks move from right to left.The result from the invcst. ment is the best.And relevsnt mathcmatics modes are given in this paper.
