摘要 本文论述了液压支架用大流量安全阀开启时间与煤层顶板下沉速度及立柱参数间的关系和压力稳定时间对液压支架疲劳强度及顶板维护的影响.确定了大流量安全阀开启时间和压力稳定时间两个动态性能指标的取值范围,为大流量安全阀的动态设计提供了必要的依据。 This paper analyses and describes opening time of a large flow safty valve for the hyolraulic roof support,sinking speed of coal bed roof and relationship among support parameters. It describes how pressue stablized time affects fatigue strength of hydraulic support and roof preservation. It determines valve scale for two dynamic qaotas, i. e. the time of opening a large flow safty valve and pressure stablization. It also provides an important basis for a dynamic design of a large flow safty valve.
