摘要
矿井生产系统属产出型可修生产系统．为了描述其运行状况，除了考虑时间因素以外，还必须考虑产出和效率等因素．为此本文在充分地考虑产出型生产系统的特点基础上，提出了时间有效度，能力有效度和任务有效度的概念及其计算方法．对产出型可修生产系统的运营状况进行了分析。
The mining and haulage system of mine is a producting repairing system. In order to describe the operation states of the system, besides of the factor of time, the output and efficiency must be consided. on the basis of fully thinking of the special features of the system, the concepts and the calculation methods of the time availbility,the capacity availbility and the mission availbility are proposed, and the analysing about the operating state of the producting repairing system is made too.
