本文简要阐述了72分光光度计的使用现状,分析了仪器的优缺点,针对该类仪器存在的主要的缺点提出了彻底解决办法及改进措施,为老机型发挥新效益提供了一条途径。

In this paper, We give a brief discussion on the present condition of the use of the ectro-photometer and analyse the strong and weak points of the instrument and then come with thorough solutions to the major existent dffects and satisfactory measures to bring thefashioned instrument into play in a new and efficient way。
