关于博斯腾湖对降水量的影响──与荣其瑞同志商榷

THE EFFECT OF BOSTAN LAKE ON PRECIPITATION──Discussing with Mr. Rong Qirui

荣其瑞同志通过博斯腾湖湖面蒸发和结冰的热量平衡计算，得出湖面至2．5km厚大气层夏季平均降温1．2℃，冬季平均增温0．12℃；又根据博湖县科委试验站（在岸边，距湖0．1km）资料，推测湖面降水量多于湖区陆面降水量[1]。因缺少2．5km高度温度比测资料，缺少湖面降水量资料，作者的结论未有验证。为促进该问题深入研究，特与荣同志公开商榷。

Through the calculations of evaporation and freezing heat balance at the water surface of Bostan Lake, Mr. Rong Qirui's result showed that the average air temperature from water surface of the lake to the atmosphere of 2. 5km in height is 1. 2℃ lower in summer and 0. 12℃ higher in winter than that of the vicinity. Moreover,he inferred that the precipitation of the lake area is more than that of the vicinity based on the data collected by the experimen tal station of the Committee of Science and Technology, Bohu County (0. 1 km from the lake). However,the results have not been tested and verified due to the lack of the observed data of atmospheric temperature of 2.5 km in height and precipitation of the lake area. In or der to make a thorough study,the author would like to discuss the problems mentioned above with Mr. Rong Qirui openly.
