摘要
以Al_2O_3为载体,在底物、Co ̄(2+)和Mg ̄(2+)、明胶的保护下,采用先吸咐后交联的方法固定化葡萄糖异构酶,制得的固定化葡萄糖异构酶静态酶活10000μ/g以上,稳定性高于只用吸咐法制得的固定化葡萄糖异构酶。
Glucose isomerase can be sorbed on alumina followed by crosslinking with glutaraldehyde; insome cases superior results are obtained by the addition of glucose,metal ions Co ̄(2+),Mg ̄(2+) andgelatin,The activity of immobilized glucose isomerase is 10200μ/g.The stability of the immobi-lized glucose isomerase is higher than that obtained by the only adsorption method only.
