Discussions on Rainfed Agriculture with the Principle of “.Three Therories”

在分析我国旱农研究现状的基础上，系统地探讨了系统论、控制论和信息论（即“三论”）的普遍适用性及其对旱农研究的指导意义。针对当前旱区农业高产、优质、高效的客观要求，经过综合分析，阐述了运用“三论”原理进行旱农研究的必然性，并提出了旱农研究系统模式的新思路。

Based on the analvsis of the existing conditions of rainfed agricultural re-search in China,this paper systematically discusses the wide adaptation and guiding sig- nificance of system theory,control theory and information theory(i.e, three theories)torainfed agriculture。also,with the objective requirements of high yields, fine quality,andhighefficiency by agriculture in the current rainfed agriculttiral regions,this paper dealswith the necessity of rainfed agriculture research with“ three theories ”and advaiices anew concept of system model of rainfed agricultural research。
