渭北旱原农业发展途径探讨

Discussion on Developing Approac to Agricmture on Weibei Rainfed Highland

根据渭北旱原农业生态及自然气候条件，分析探讨了影响渭北旱原农业发展的主要因素，提出渭北旱原农业发展的主要对策及措施：（１）合理利用水利资源，不断提高旱作农业栽培技术，走水、旱结合发展农业的道路；（２）提高基本农田生产力，增加单位面积产量，改变广种薄收、单一折粮食生产的倾向。（３）坚决走因地制宜、农、林、牧多种经营综合发展的道路，迅速提高农业综合经营的经济效益。

Based on the conditions of agroecology and natural weather,this paper dis-cusses the main constraints aftecting agriculttiral development,and also ,advances some countermeastires and meastires for agrictiItural development on Weibei Rainfed high-land. They are as follows :( 1 )rational utitilization of water resources; continuing to im-prove cultivation techniques of rainfed agricultture and taking the road to combine irri-gated agriculture with rainfed agrictiltture:(2)raising basic farmland productivity and in-creasing per unit area crop yields and changing ctiltivation of large area with low yield and overcoming the tendency of monocultivation of grain crops;(3)firmly taking the road Of comprehensive development of diversified economy of agriculture ,forestry ,ani-mal husbandry suitable to local conditions、,so as to increase economic returns of diversi-fied economy。
