禽结核分枝杆菌在11种培养基上生长特性的研究

The Growth Characteristics of Mycobacterium avium on Different Media

本文对禽结核分枝杆菌在１１种培养基上的生长特性进行了观察，结果表明在鸡蛋为基础的培养基中以Ｌｏｗｅｎｓｔａｉｎ－Ｊｅｎｓｅｎ培养基为佳；琼脂培养基适于禽结核分枝杆菌的生长，但易干裂，不利于长期培养和保存；禽结核分枝杆菌在液体培养基中生长迅速，以苏通氏培养基中生长较为理想，但易污染。本文还测定了培养基中不同浓度甘油对禽结核分枝杆菌的生长的影响，发现甘油能刺激禽结核分枝杆菌的生长，培养基中的甘油浓度在４％～１０％时生长最为旺盛，超过１０％时生长受到抑制，不能生长；不含甘油时，禽结核分枝杆菌生长较贫瘠。

A total of 11 kinds of media has been used to cultivate Mycobacterium avium.The results obtained indicated that the Lowen-stain-Jenscn medium, in which the egg was used as basal component,appeared to be the best one for the growth of M. avium.The addition of glycerol in media with a concentration of 4～10%helped the bacteria grow luxuriantly.
