摘要
梭梭幼苗低温预处理(5℃-7℃)48小时后,转至干旱环境中,其抗旱性比未处理的高。0.32Mol/LNaCl溶液预处理24小时后,亦提高了梭梭幼苗的抗旱性。干旱预处理12小时后再转入低温环境,抗冷性也有所提高。这说明梭梭幼苗具有交叉适应能力。
he drought injury to H. ammodendron seedlings was reduced by chilling treatment for 48 hrs (5℃-7℃)prior to exposure of the seedling to drought environment. The drought resistance of H. ammodendron seedlings increased after treatment with 0. 32 mol/L NaCl solution (24 hrs). After 12 hrs of drought,when the seedlings were transferred to chilling environment during that time,the chilling resistance of them increased. These evidences showed that H. ammodendron seedlings have an ability of cross-adaptation under stress condition.
