摘要
介绍一种水溶性酚醛树脂,并研制了一种复合固化剂,成功地用于热芯盒工艺。将它与呋喃-Ⅰ型树脂热芯盒工艺在固化条件相同的情况下,对砂芯的主要性能进行对比.实验证明,这种水溶性酚醛树脂用于热盒工艺,不但保留了呋喃-Ⅰ热盒工艺的优点,而且由于这种树脂和固化剂的粘度小,含氨量低,因此所混制的芯砂具有更好的流动性,低的发气性,小的吸湿性,存放时间长等优点。
A kind of water-soluble phenolic aldehyde resin is introduced,and a kind of com-posite curing agent is also developed.They have been sucessfully applied to the hot core boxprocess. Under the same curing condition,a series of tests proved that not only does this pro-cess retain the advantages of the furane-Ⅰprocess,ht it also has more advantages. Becausethis kind of resin and agant have lower viscosity and less nitrogen content,the core sandmixed with this resin and agent has better flowability,lower gasformiiig property,lowermoisture absorption,longer storage life atc.Therefor,the quality of castings is improved.
