The Compound Joining Technigue for the precise Framework Type Filter

针对焊接过程中过滤器滤层氧化及气密性难以控制等问题，作者采用真空钎焊与储能点焊相结合的复合连接技术，获得了理想的效果，并提出了独特的点焊焊缝检验方法和滤网预制芯棒成型法。

For the controlling problems such as filter oxidation and gas sealing in the weld-ing process of filter,a good result has been obtained by a joining technique combining vacu-um brazing and percussion spot welding. An unique spot weld testing method and a prefabri-cated core- rod forming method of the filter net are put forward,which is the key of the filternet joining technique.
