摘要
根据球铁凝固特性设计出金属型和合理的浇冒系统,在合金化理论的指导下制定出合适的化学成分范围,通过现场实验生产出了铸态珠光体基体的球铁曲轴。
Based on the solidification characteristics of the ductile iron, the metal mold andthe rational gate and riser systems are designed.Under the guidance of alloying theory thesuitable range of composition is determined.With the experiment in works,the as-cast duc-tile iron crankshafts of pearlite matrix are made.
