摘要
介绍防轴窜焊接滚轮架控制系统的软硬件实现方法.对轴窜位移实时检测处理采用非线性控制算法,输出驱动举升机构调节简体姿态,从而控制轴窜位移以满足自动化焊接的要求。
The method of software and hardware for the control system of anti-driftingwelding roller bed has been introduced in this paper.By real-time detection and nonlinearcontrol computing method to drive elevator for adjusting cylinder posture, axial drifting dis-placement has been controlled to satisty demands of automatic welding.
