摘要
通过观察15例CPB心内直视手术病人不同时期的血浆AVP、NT、DynA和ATⅡ的变化,认为麻醉及手术的应激反应可促使AVP、DynA和ATⅡ的分泌释放,NT在CPB期间变化不大,与升高的AVP抑制其释放有关;并探讨了这四种神经肽与心血管功能的关系,认为麻醉及CPB期间神经肽的这种变化对维持循环稳定、保证重要脏器的血液供给等具有重要意义。
Changes of plasma AVP, NT, DynA and ATⅡduring various CPB periods were ex-amined in 15 caes of intracardial operation under direct vision.T-test was carried out by using au-to-control method.The results obtained showed that the anesthesia and stress reaction could promotethe release of AVP, DynA and ATⅡ. There was no obvious changes in the level of Nt during vari-ous CPB periods, which might be the reason that increasing of AVP would inhibit the release ofNT.It is suggested that the changes of the four neuropeptides during anesthesia and CPB periods areof very important in keeping the stability of circulation and ensuring the blood supply for main or-gans.
