针刺加走罐治疗哮喘

The Treatment of Asthma by Acupuncture and Travelling Cupping

哮喘是一种突然发作以呼吸喘促,喉间哮鸣有声为特征的疾病。痰浊内伏是哮喘病的宿根,常因感受外邪或饮食不当而诱发。一年四季均有发作,尤以寒冷季节,气候急剧变化时发病较多。 祖国医学俗称“吼病”。亦有盐哮、糖哮、鱼虾哮、寒哮、热哮等病名。它的基本原因是痰饮内伏。凡有“伏饮”素质的人,遇到气候、饮食失宜,或情志、劳累过度,均可发生哮喘。临床治疗较棘手。多年来我们采用针刺加走罐法治疗本病收到良好效果,现举例介绍如下: 例1 李某,女,13岁,1987年10月21日就诊。哮喘已7年,每逢寒冷天气变化时易发作,近半年来先后住院4次,经中西药及理疗等治疗,哮喘始终反复发作。近2天因受凉而加剧。头身疼痛,恶寒发热,咳嗽胸痛,喘不得已,整夜不能入睡而来我处求治。 体检:呼吸迫促,口唇发绀,眼面微肿,咽部稍充血,颈静脉怒张,胸部桶状,两肺布满哮鸣音,心率快,透视见两肺纹理增粗,血液常规检查属正常,舌淡苔白滑,脉浮紧。

Acupuncture together with travelling cupping ,on the selection of the points as Dazhui, Danzhong,Lieque,FeiShu,Shenshu,Hegu and others ,is used to keep going down the vital energy of Hand-Taiyin and Foot-Taiyang Channels and to resolve phlegm for the purpose of dredging channels .Travelling cupping means to make the cup suck on the surface of the affected channel points and then re-move it to another point and on and on; such traveling cupping therapy can reinforce the effect of acupuncture in order to remove stagnancy,warm meridians, reinforce the kidneys and pick up Yang energy,which can subside asthma effectively.
