摘要
利用复变函数解析空拔圆管问题是一种新方法。本文选取合适的坐标系,对空拔圆管的拔制力进行了解析,结果表明,在实践中与采用同样变形区形状的其他上界法解析的结果完全一致,且与实验结果相近,证明了这种方法的理论可靠性。
Analyzing problems regarding non-mandrel drawn tube processing with complex function is a quite new method in this regard. The author here shows us an analysis of the drawing force to produce the said pipe with applicable coordinate system, bring about the actual result in full compliance with those obtained by other upper bound methods conducted on the basis of the same deformation area shape, and close to related experimental result, which accordingly has proven the theoretical reliability of the new method itself.
