摘要
本文通过大鼠实验探讨了生脉散对阿霉素心脏毒性的拮抗作用。结果在明:生脉散组大鼠ADR毒性症状出现较晚、发生充血性心力衰竭例数较ADR组少,且心肌病理改变明显较ADR组轻。另外,ADR对大鼠全血GSH-Px活性及心肌SOD含量有明显的抑制作用,使心肌组织内MDA合量增加,而生脉散组大鼠全血GSH-PX、SOD活性较ADR组增高,MDA含量较ADR组减少(P<0.01~0.05)。提示生脉散对ADR所制心肌毒性具有拮抗作用,其机理可能与抗自由基反应有关。
he effects of Shengmai san on Adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathy was studied inrats. The results showed that the toxic sign of ADR showed in Shengmai San group was later than that inADR group, the cases of congestive heart failur in Shengmai San group were less than that in ADR group,the cardic lesions were significantly milder in rats supplemented with Shengmai San than those receivedADR only. The GSH-Px activities of blood and the SOD activties of heart homogenates in ShengmaiSan group were significantly higher than that in ADR group (P<0.01).MDA level of heart homogenatesin Shengmai San group was significantly lower than that in ADR group(P<0. 05).The results indicatedthat cardiomyopathy of ADR may be protected by Shengniai San. These suggested that protective mechan-sim of Shengmai San to cardiomyopathy of ADR may be related to
