斑茅种与甘蔗、蔗茅二属几个种的植物形态学和同工酶比较研究

Comparesion Between the E.arund inaceus and Some Species Under Saccharum and Erianthus on the Plant Morphology and Isozyme

本研究对斑茅中、甘蔗属３个原种和１个商品种及蔗茅属７个原种共４７个无性系进行了花、茎、叶等器官的植物形态学观察．还对甘蔗属５个原种和１个商品种、蔗茅属４个原种以及斑茅进行了过氧化酶同工酶电泳分析。比较了斑茅种与甘蔗、蔗茅二属在上述方面的异同．最后对斑茅分类归属等问题提出了一些见解．

some morphological observations were conducted on the flowers,stems,leaves and the other characters among E.arundinaceus,3 species under saccharum and 7 species under Erianthus.In addition,the electrophoresis was made to analyze the peroxidase isozme of leaves in 5 species and 1 commercial cane under Saccharum,5 species(including E.arundinaceus)under Erianthus.Based on the other species are pointed out.Finally,some suggestions on the classification of E.arundinaceus are given to China where the taxonomic position of E.arundinaceus is not unified.
