摘要 作为昆虫病理学的一个领域─—甘蔗害虫病原微生物的研究,在我国近于空白。笔者致力于这方面的研究几十余年。通过野外调查和室内试验,证明有多种真菌、细菌和病毒对甘蔗害虫具有致病能力。这些昆虫病原对于自然控制害虫发生、维持生态平衡具有积极的意义。有些种类对害虫致病力强,而对人畜安全,有希望作为制剂加以开发利用。 in recent 10 years, the author devotes himself to the investigation and studies on resources of pathogen of sugarcane pest insect. Many species of Pathogen from corpse of sugarcane pest insect have been isolated, they are Bacillusthur ingiensis, Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus cereus, Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium monilliforme Var. subghlufinans, Penicillium oxalicum, Paecilomyces sp., Hirsutella Leizhouensis, Aspergillus japonicus,Aspergilus flavus, Beauveria sp.,Matarhizium anisopliae Var. anisopliae, and viruses,and so on.The fact indicates that the natural resources of pathogen of sugarcane pest insect is fairly abundant. To some extent they have kept sugarcane pest occurrence and development in control and, been keeping the balance of ecosytem; some species, such sa Beauveria sp.,Paecilomyces sp., Hirsutella sp.also have worth of tapping and can be made into insecticide employed in the biological control.
