摘要
通过实际生产过程中出现的现象,对煮糖养晶阶段,先入高纯度物料后入低纯度物料的顺序,作了进一步的探讨。认为这顺序:在煮制低级糖膏时,是完全正确的;而在煮制有严格产品质量指标的白砂糖时,有时是不适用的。提出了先入高质量物料后入低质量物料的顺序。
