双氯芬酸钠治疗痛风性关节炎疗效观察

The treatment of gouty arthritis with dichofcnac sodium.

本文用双氯芬酸钠治疗11例痛风性关节炎患者,并与消炎痛和秋水仙碱对照,结果发现,治疗后10例(91％)患者缓解,1例(9％)好转。疗效优于消炎痛治疗组,而与秋水仙碱相仿,但副作用的发生率低于秋水仙碱治疗组。

11 patients with gouty arthritis were treated with dichofenac sodium. The result showed that 10 (91%) patients were remission and 1 (9%) patient was markedly im-poroved after treatment. In comparison with indomethacin and colchicine, the of- ficay of dichofenac sedium was better than indomethacin and similar to colchine, but the side effects were much lower in dichofenac sodium group than in colchicine group.
