72 infants ,less than 12 years old ,with cerebral palsy ,were treated by acupuncturing three author's experical points along spine , together with the open points with the time of the principles of 'Midnight-Noon-Ebb-Flow'12 cases,selected at random,were contrasted with medicines treatment: orally taking Chinese herbs and sodium glutamate,vitB1,VitBc,etc. The difference is obvious (P<0. 01):Acupuncture treatment is of higher effectiveness that medicines treatment.
