摘要 9个割手密和2个斑茅无性系花粉经过不同的干燥处理,贮存于普通冰箱冰格(-16~-22℃)、低温冰箱(-28~30℃)和液N(-196℃)后,18个授粉花穗培育出杂交实生苗。结果表明:在不同的低温条件下,甘蔗花粉活性可保存47天以上,最长达171天,其中,82%的贮存花粉可保存活性81~171天;三个低温设备中,液氮贮存保持花粉存活力的时间最长(171天),低温冰箱次之(144天),普通冰箱较短(89天);在一定贮存时间内(48~10)天),低温冰箱的贮存效果优于液N;两个不同的野生种,割手密(S.sPontaneuM)的贮存时间和效果优于班茅(S.arundinaceum)另外,对四种不同的干燥方法的干燥效果进行了比较研究。 Pollens of nine clones of S. spontaneum and two clones of S arundinaceum were treatmented in different drying meethods, and stored in common electric refrigerator (-16℃ ^-22℃ ), low temperature refrigerator (-28℃ ^-30℃ ), and liquid Nitrogen (-196℃ ), Seedings were obtained from the seeds in the 18 tassels which had deen pollinated. with the stored polldns. The results showed that the viability of the Sugarcarte pollens Could be preserved at the differant low temperature for 47 to 171 days, and 82% of the wild cane pollen for 81 to 171 days. There was a tendency of Liquid Nietrogen>Low temperature refrigerator>Common clectric refrigerator on the stored days of the three low teniperature. In the Iimited time, the effects of storage at low temperature prevaiI over the Liquied Nitrogen.
