裸露矮化线虫对甘蔗致病性和药剂防治试验

The Pathogenicity Test of Tylenchorhynchus nudus to Sugarcane and Its Nematicide Control

裸露矮化线虫（TylenchvrhynchusnudusAllen1955）是华南农业大学试验农场甘蔗上的主要病原线虫，此线虫外寄生于甘蔗根的表皮细胞和根毛上，引起报数量减少和坏死，严重时腐烂；地上部矮化。盆栽接种试验表明，此线虫引起甘蔗产量降低5．26～14．74％。田间小区药剂防治试验表明，亩施克线丹2、3和4kg或呋喃丹4kg，增产百分率分别为20．68％、38．72％、23．17％和14．15％。

Tylenchorhynchus found to be the main pethogenic nematodes in the sugnrcane ficld of South China Agricultural University. The nematode ectoparasited and fed on the epidermis cell and root-hair of sugarcanc, decreasing the root number, caustng root necrosis and rot and stunting above-ground. The greenbouse inoculation test showed that the sugarcane yield decreased by 5. 26% to 14.74 % due to the nematode. According to the field plot experiment, the nematicide rugby of 2, 3, 4 andFurandan of 4kg per mu. increased sugarcane yield by 20. 68%, 38. 72%, 23. 17% and 14. 15%respectively.
