摘要
应用灰色系统的关联度分析方法,对亚硫酸法生产流程中可能影响成品白砂糖色值的八个因素进行了研究,得到了诸因素对成品白砂糖色值的关联序。结果与生产实际基本一致,表明灰色关联度分析方法是一种科学、简便和实用的生产管理的分析方法。
Eight factors possibly influencing the colour of white granulated sugar produced by sul-phitation process were studied, and the relational order of the factors was obtained by the re-lational grade analysis method of grey system The method of grey relational grade analysis is a scientific, simple, convenient and practical method for management of production.
