胆结石患者垂体－性腺轴激素变化的研究

The study on pituitary-gonad axis hormones changes in patients with cholelithiasis

采用放射免疫法测定１６０例胆结石患者血清ＦＳＨ、ＬＨ和血浆Ｅ２、Ｔ、Ｐ的含量，并与６２例年龄相仿的正常健康者对照分析。实验结果表明育龄女性胆囊结石患者Ｅ２含量升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｔ含量减少（Ｐ＜０．０５）；绝经后胆囊结石患者Ｔ含量减少．Ｐ含量升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；男性胆囊结石患者Ｐ含量升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），男性肝胆管结石患者Ｔ含量减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）；男性和育龄女性胆囊结石患者Ｔ和ＬＨ含量均减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示胆结石患者存在明显的垂体一性腺轴激素合成或代谢的异常。

Using radioimmunoassay, we determined the concentration of serum follicularstimuating hormone (FSH) luteinizing hormone (LH ), and that of plasma estradio (E2),progesterone (P),testosterone (T) in 160 patients with cholelithiasis and in 62 healthy subjects serving as the contral. The results showed that the level of plasma E2was greatly higher (P <0. 01 ) and the level of plasma T was significantly lower (P< 0.05) in reproductive aged women with gallstones. The postmenopausal women with gallstones has lower plasma T values and much higher plasma P values than the healthy subjects (P<0. 01). The P of the male patients with gallstones were higher as compared with the control group (P< 0. 05). The male patients with hepatic bile duct stones has significantly low T values (P<0.01). Between male and reproductive aged women with gallstones,Tand LH decreased. It is suggested that the synthesis or metablism of pituitary-gonadal axis hormones in patientS with oh lelithia are significantly abnormal.
