Clinic analysis of ERP in 111 cases

４００例ＥＲＣＰ检查中胰管显影１１１例．其中胆胰管双显影６２例，仅胰管显影４９例。文章分析了ＥＲＣＰ时胰管显影及选择性ＥＲＰ的临床意义，也分析了非选择性ＥＲＰ的原因。

There were 111 cases of visualization of the pancreatic duct in 400 cases performed ERCP. These included 62 cases of visualization of both the binary and pancreatic duct and 49 cases of pancreatic duct alone. This article analysed not only the clinic singnificance of visualization of the pancreatic duct in ERCP and the selective ERP, but also the causes of the nonselective ERP.
