Antibiotic treatment for the chronic cholecystitis following viral hepatitis

３１例血清谷雨转氨酶（ＡＬＴ）持续不降的病毒性肝炎患者．２０例经Ｂ超证实合并慢性胆囊炎．经抗感染治疗．２８例患者症状消失或明显改善．ＡＬＴ正常或明显下降。提示慢性胆囊炎是ＡＬＴ持续异常的原因之一．正确使用抗生素治疗．有助于肝功能的恢复。

Thirty-one cases of viral hepatitis with persistent remarkably abnormal ALTwere collected and twenty patients among themcomplicated with chornic cholecystitis.After antibiotic therapy,ALT returned to normal or significantly improved in 28 cases.Therefore,correct use of antibiotic may help the recovery ofliver function.
