轧制过程中主电机跳闸与技术改造

摘要 从机械动力学角度出发,对邯钢φ530mm三架横列式型钢轧机长期以来生产中存在主电机跳闸问题进行理论分析;建立了系统扭振动力学模型和数学模型;编制了电算程序,用计算机求出了系统扭振固有频率和振型及轴系动态扭矩响应、扭矩放大系数;提出了系统扭振的严重性和存在的问题,并结合实际对系统各种力能参数进行综合测试,理论计算与实测结果相一致,在此基础上通过优化设计和技术改造,解决了主电机跳闸问题。 AbstractOn the view of mechanical dynamics.the theoretical analysiswas made for the problem that main motor of 530 three stand open- train rolling mill often turned off in production. The torsional vibration dynamic and mathematic models for the system were set up.The computer progranm was worked ont. The intrinsic freqnency,the vibration shape,the torque amplifica-tion factor and the dynamic torque response of the axle system were obtained by computer.It is also pointed out that how serious the torsinal vibration was and what the problem was. In addition,the comprehensive examination for variant mechanical energy parameters was made. The resuits agree with the theoretically calculated ones. Basing on the analyses and expe-riments,the problem has been solved finally by optimization and technological renovation.
