摘要
对高炉氧煤枪在直吹管内布氧特性进行了实验研究。结果表明:(1)直吹管内各截面上的氧浓度呈现类似高斯分布的规律;(2)轴线方向上氧浓度最大值衰减规律为Y_m=ax ̄(-b);(3)GY—A型氧煤枪形成面积为0.8D×7D的局部富氧区域,可以改善燃烧效果。
he experiemental investigation has bcen carried out on characteristics of oxygen distribu-tion in blowpipe of blast furnace with oxygen-coal lance.The results showed that,(1)The oxygen concentration distribution on the cross sections is similar to Gauss distribution;(2)The maximum oxygen concentration deereases in Ym=ax ̄(-b)in axial direction.(3)A local oxy-gen-enriched area(0.8D×7D) can be formed with GY-A type lance,which is benificial to the combustion of the pulverized coal in blast furnace with coal injection.
