延长宝钢1号高炉的寿命

PROLONG THE CAMPAIGN OF No.1 BLAST FURNACE AT BAOSHAN IRON AND STEEL(GROUP)CORPORATION

宝钢１号高炉投产以来，设备状况良好，侵蚀情况与君津３号高炉第１代情况相近。如进一步改善高炉炉前操作；加强对炉料分布的控制；炉身上部增设水冷壁；采用中心装焦技术；加强对炉缸和炉底的监测与管理；改进炉体冷却设备和采用各种修补技术，维持合理的内型，１号高炉寿命可望达到世界先进水平。

fter seven years of operation,the No1 blast furnace condition is quite well.The damage situation of lining and cooling plates is almost the same as that on the No3 B.F.at kimitsu in early period.The campaign can be expected to reach the world level,if the following mea-sures are adopted:further improving the furnace and the casthouse operations;controlling more carefully the burden distribution; to install the cooling staves for the upper stack;adopting a center coke charging system to activate the central zone in the hearth;to improve the moniter and management for the hearth and bottom temperature and to enhance the furnace wall cooling and to adopt various repair techniques to maintain the suitable furnace profile.
