对不同碳当量的低碳Mn-Nb-Cu-RE钢板进行了控制轧制和控制冷却试验;研究了控轧控冷工艺参数对力学性能、铁素体晶粒平均直径和沉淀相微细颗粒平均直径的影响;探讨了降低终轧温度和增加冷却速度对低碳Mn-Nb-Cu-RE钢的强化作用机制。
AbstractExperiments have been made on low carbon Mn-Nb-Cu-RE steels with different carbon equivalent under controlled rolling and controlled cooling conditions. The influences of techno- logical paramaters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling on the mechanical properties and the mean diameters of ferrite grains and of the particles of precipitation have been studied. The strengthening mechanism in these steels by lowering finish rolling temperature and increasing cooling rate has been discussed.
