摘要
钢铁研究总院同长城特殊钢公司合作,在10t电弧炉上开发成功生产中实用的底吹搅拌新技术。工业实验结果表明,采用该技术可缩短冶炼时间30min,降低电耗40~50kWh/t,减少电极消耗0.6kg/t,碳结、合结钢的S≤0.015%,P≤0.020%;可采用高碳铬铁代替大量微碳铬铁冶炼不锈钢,铬的收得率提高4%;大大减轻炉外处理的负担。
AbstractThe new technology of bottom blowing has been used in 10 t EAF,The following results have been Obtained in the industrial experiment:Shortening the steel-making time 30 min,sa-ving electric energy 40~50 kWh/t,reducing electrode consumption 0.6 kg/t, controlling [%S]in steel at 0.015%or below and [%P] in steel at 0.02%or below, refining stainless steel with high carbon content PeCr replacing lower carbon content FeCr,and increasing the recovery of Cr 4%,The treatment of liquid steel in ladle can be relaxed with this technology.
