介绍了用水解法消化样品，采用等温平台石墨炉和基体改进技术，快速、准确地直接测定明胶中铅含量的方法。与以前的灰化法前处理样品过程相比，省时间，回收率为９５％～１１０％，相对标准偏差为１０．８％。
A method for direct determination of Ph in gelatin by platform graphite atomic absorption spectrometry with NH4H2PO4 and Mg(NO3)2 as the mixed matrix modifier is described.The mixed matrix modifier can not only enhance the sensitivity, but also increase the ashing temperature and eliminute many interference. The digestion of sample is simple. The relative standard deviation is 10. 8%, the recoveries are between 95 % and 110%.
