摘要
综合介绍、比较了照相胶中铁离子含量的测试方法，并对测定铁离子前照相胶的预处理方法及其对铁离子测定的影响关系进行了探讨。实验表明，邻菲罗啉分光光度法和火焰原子吸收法是两种稳定性好、灵敏度高的测铁法。
Measuring method of Fe in gelatin is introduced.The pre-handling methods and its effect on measuring is studied.It is concluded that PHEN-ANTHROLINE and FAA are reproducible and with high sensitivity.
